Shipping Policy
Processing and delivery times
Most in-stock U.S. orders are prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days. Most in-stock international orders are prepared within 4–8 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare and hand an order to the carrier. Delivery time begins after the carrier accepts the package. Delivery estimates shown at checkout may change because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
If you need an order by a particular date, please email support@udinparker.com before placing your order. We can let you know whether we expect to meet that date, but cannot guarantee delivery by a specific day.
Shipping rates
In most cases, standard U.S. shipping is $6. Your available shipping options and the exact charge for your order will be shown at checkout. Different rates may apply to certain orders or shipping methods.
International shipping rates vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Preorders and mixed orders
A preorder item’s estimated availability date appears on its product page. This date is an estimate and may change.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we generally hold the entire order and ship it together when all items are available. If you would like the in-stock items sooner, email support@udinparker.com. We can let you know whether a split shipment is possible and whether an additional shipping charge would apply before you decide.
If we cannot ship an order within a promised shipping timeframe, we will provide an update and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.
Tracking
We will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package. An order shipped in multiple packages may have multiple tracking numbers.
Address changes and undeliverable packages
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email support@udinparker.com as soon as possible with your order number and correct address. We will try to make the change before shipment, but cannot guarantee it once the order has been processed or handed to the carrier.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed delivery, or a delivery refusal, please contact us. We will explain the available options and any additional shipping charge before resending it.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If your tracking has stopped updating, a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, or an item arrives damaged, please email support@udinparker.com with your order number. For damage, include photos of the item and packaging, and keep the packaging until we have reviewed the issue. We will help investigate with the carrier and explain the next steps.
International orders
International delivery times may be affected by customs processing. Import duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country or carrier. Unless checkout explicitly says these charges are included, they are the recipient’s responsibility and are separate from the shipping charge paid to Odin Parker.
If an international package is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, contact us so we can review the return and the available options.
